The beast of misogony
Is hidden deep inside me
It roars aloud
When I caress the curved lines
of your
luscious,
youthful hips
neath the sheets
It wants to come out
Have I objectified you in my mind?
A pedestal for my stone
cold goddess
of imagery ?
This fantasy,
dreaming on
within me?
Have I not yet gazed at your
inner
beauty?
When I caress inside you
It feels cold
As grey and black
Smokey marble
Then I want to run and hide
No longer want to be within
Your dark,
Empty
Shallow house
Of this fantastic lie
I've created
just to keep you close
Far away from the slithering creatures in the
outer
night
I fear I am not unlike them
Can't let go of your tender
body
Within my mind
Yet I need to move on
To another song
Far away from my lying lies, in your
cottony,
warm bed
Am I wrong for how I threw you out to the dogs?
How I treated you?
Feeling the beaming light through your quartz
Red
Hazardous
Energy
When you are present
Only spews forth fuel
into the fire of my heart
The smokey sparks
Float silently
Away
into the open
cold breeze
For my want for something you can no longer be
or give me
Something real
Sans our volcanic desire
